I bought a 6x6 this year from you in October. I just wanted to thank you for such a great product. We placed it on 12' 4x4's and build a nice porch with a railing. I have been hunting for over twenty years in Michigan and have never been so warm and comfortable all season. I did manage to shoot a nice seven pointer and a doe out of two different windows. Thanks again - I tell everyone about the blind and have a couple of my friends hunt out of it with me this year and they all love it.

I would like to say that this was a great experience - to see that people still stand behind their product and give great service. Businesses these days have lost that part of what it takes to be good. Service, Service, Service - that's what it's all about. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Thanks again.

I purchased my Elevators directly from you in Marcellus, MI. I'm in my sixties and retired to live in Bigfork, MN about seventy miles south of the Canadian border. The 4'x4' house on the platform is made with a 2"x2" treated pine and the walls are made out of laminated 2/16" material that I can't remember the name of. It comes in 4x4 sheets and is very light. I put the whole thing together laying front side down and tipped it up with a rope and a pulley mounted up in a tree behind where it stands.

So far so good with the Elevators. I've used them to build three stands so far, two last year and one this year. They give my stands a wider base and more stability than other stands that I've built.

I have been struck by luck by your hunting blind and I'd like to explain why. I was on my way up north a few years ago on my way to Mackinaw City on vacation with my family when all of a sudden my son told me that he saw a neat gun blind for sale on the side of the road.

Needless to say, our family of 3 are all hunters, so I quickly turned around the Tahoe and went back to the side of the blind. When I got out and started to inspect it with my son Bryce, who is 12, and my daughter Taylor, who is 14, the lady met me at the blind.

She explained that her husband had just died and that she was selling his hunting things and this was the first thing to go. After examining the blind from head to toe and seeing what a solid, yet light blind it was, and I asked her what she was asking for it. She told me that he had only used it the previous year and she was asking $100 for it. After discussing it with my kids (and they were begging me to buy it) I bought the blind on the spot. I told the lady that I'd pick it up in one week once I returned from my vacation.

I just want to say that this has to be one of the best built blinds, if not the BEST, for the money. I had been hunting out of a blind that I built some 10 years ago and talk about a brut. It must weigh well over 300lbs and it was only about a 3x3, barely enough room for myself and one of my children, let alone both of them. And we were always cold as it had no room for any heater. Now, we all can sit very comfortably together during our hunt. We talk about the things we see and I make sure that it is a "Hunting Class" for them and not just a killing season. We also talk about life issues and I couldn't imagine a better place to bond with your children.

To make a very long and very beautiful and fulfilling story short, both of my children were able to hunt this year during the youth hunt and they both harvested their deer. During the November gun season, my son was able to harvest a nice 7 point with a 17" spread on my birthday (11-19) all while on camera. It is something that I'll never forget and I wanted you to know how much your blind has impacted our lives together. Our family has fallen in love with the Shadow Hunter and we'd like to say "Thank You" for your unique and inventive design.

I'll be a the Huntin' Time Expos @ Birch Run and Grand Rapids and I hope to see your blinds on display.

A very satisfied father and teacher of the sport!

Wish I had a big buck story to tell you, but my wife did arrow her first deer, a 3 point out of one of your blinds this fall. She was very excited. She had the dog with her in the blind and he was snoring, so she was worried that the deer would hear him. She had a doe and fawn come in, then a few minutes later, the 3 point. Apparently the wind was right and the blind holds the scent well enough that the deer didn't hear or smell the dog or her.

At any rate, I would like to get a price on a 4x4 kit and the 6x6 bow/gun kit as well as the assembled 6x6. We have one more spot that is easy to get to that we could put the assembled blind at for my dad. I appreciate the info and will let you know what we need.

Thanks.

Your Shadow Hunter stand is a great quality product. My friends envy the ability to hunt from four sides of the blind from 18 feet off the ground. I'm a busy executive and while I sit patiently in my stand, I can make calls and email to customers and employees without ever being heard outside. During the cold winter months, I plan on heating my Shadow Hunter with a propane heater while watching my favorite football team on TV. Call me nuts, but what better way can a multi-tasking person achieve success?

Thank you.

I just returned home from building a platform blind using your Elevators. I can not believe how easy this project was. My 11 year old son Pat and myself set up our pre-built 4'x6' platform on 12' long 4"x4"s, added the cross braces, set it up on its legs (with a little help), installed the side walls, built the roof, applied shingles and added the tie down cables in about 5-6 hours. The most impressive observation that I and about five other family members had was how stable the stand is. Thanks for making such a GREAT product. (My son especially likes it because now he will get to use my old stand next year).

I have connected on multiple trophy class whitetails every year since I started using Shadow Hunter Blinds. Thanks for a great product. It's my new office in the woods.

I have been hunting out of Shadow Hunter Blinds for many years and they have proven to be the new secret weapon in ambushing monster whitetails. If you have your own property, you simply place them down wind of your favorite trail or food source. They are comfortable and warm so you are able to spend the whole day without being visually detected by any deer in the area.

Advantages:

  • safer

  • warm and dry

  • blocks scent

  • blocks movement

  • comfortable

  • see more deer and turkey - more wildlife

  • can be used for bow, gun and camera
